General Terms

bdx8 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming service provider that operates cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between bdx8 and the user ("you", "member").

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also closely linked to these Terms. All these documents together form the complete agreement for use of bdx8.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to the bdx8.lat website, any associated mobile applications (if available), and any services operated through any digital channel of bdx8. Any games, competitions, promotions, or special offers available on the platform are also covered by these Terms.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

These Terms have been drawn up in Bengali and are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, bdx8's interpretation shall be considered final.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To create an account and use services on bdx8, the following eligibility conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a legitimate Bangladeshi citizen or a person legally residing in Bangladesh.
• You must have an active and valid mobile number and email address.
• You must use this platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be permanently banned from bdx8 or registered under self-exclusion.

2.1 Age Verification

bdx8 reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-approved identification may be requested for verification. If verification fails, the right to suspend or terminate the account is reserved.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

bdx8 primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. Access to the platform from certain jurisdictions may be restricted in accordance with applicable local laws.

Account Policy

3.1 Account Creation

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of bdx8's terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any pending winnings.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, please notify the bdx8 support team immediately.

• Your account may not be transferred to any third party.
• Sharing or selling your account is prohibited.
• bdx8 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

3.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or bank account information), you must update them as soon as possible through the bdx8 support team. bdx8 will not be liable for any issues arising from outdated information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods may be used to deposit funds into bdx8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• The deposit account must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• The deposit amount must be stated correctly; incorrect amounts may cause delays.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• The withdrawal account must match the deposit account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Winnings related to a bonus may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Currency & Transaction Methods

All transactions on bdx8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in any foreign currency are not permitted. Conversion may apply in accordance with the prevailing exchange rate of Bangladesh Bank.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Members making their first deposit on bdx8 will receive a 100% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• The bonus amount equals the deposit amount, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Depositing ৳42,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement on bdx8 is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the deposit).

5.3 Other Promotions

bdx8 offers various promotional offers, reload bonuses, and VIP benefits from time to time. Each promotion may have its own conditions, which will be communicated in detail alongside the relevant offer. General bonus rules apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse (such as claiming bonuses on multiple accounts or applying conflicting betting strategies) is strictly against bdx8's policy. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited and the account may be closed.

Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on bdx8 are considered final once confirmed. Please verify all information carefully before placing a bet. For bets placed unintentionally due to technical issues, bdx8 will review and make a decision.

6.2 Sports Betting

bdx8 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. For sports betting:

• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Match results will be verified from official or internationally recognised sources.
• In the case of disputed results, bdx8's decision is final.
• Odds may change during live betting; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

6.3 Casino Games

bdx8's live casino and slot games are operated by software from independent technology providers. The outcome of each game is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and cannot be predetermined.

Fair Play & Security

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdx8:

• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Hacking the system or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Fraudulent behaviour toward other users of the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.

7.2 Encryption & Data Protection

bdx8 uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. All transactions on the platform are conducted through encrypted channels.

7.3 KYC (Know Your Customer)

bdx8 reserves the right to verify the identity of any member when necessary. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• Proof of ownership of the payment account.

Responsible Gaming

bdx8 is firmly committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment, and ensuring it does not have a negative impact on any member's life is our priority.

8.1 Setting Limits

bdx8 allows members to set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and login time limits. These limits are set and can be adjusted based on the member's request.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If a member wishes to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from gaming, they can submit a self-exclusion request through the bdx8 support team. The account will be completely inactive during the self-exclusion period.

10.2 Member's Rights

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and the verified balance will be withdrawn; however, if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus portion will be forfeited.

10.3 Fund Return

After account closure, the member's valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to their registered payment account, subject to the completion of verification.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Interruptions

bdx8 will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, loss of internet connectivity, or any other unexpected circumstances. However, bdx8 always strives to ensure continuity of service.

11.2 Third-Party Services

bdx8 is not responsible for the operations of third-party game providers, payment providers, or other service providers. The terms and conditions of such service providers apply independently.

11.3 Accuracy of Information

bdx8 always strives to provide accurate information; however, if incorrect information is published due to a technical error or human mistake, bdx8 will correct it as soon as possible.

Changes to Terms

bdx8 reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions are published will be considered as your automatic acceptance of the new terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between bdx8 and a member, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through the support channel. If it cannot be resolved through support, the dispute will be settled in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
